Our Literary Lunchtimes will give you an opportunity to hear great, International writers read and talk about their work in an informal, relaxed environment. They'll be a chance to ask questions and find out a little more about their journey as writers.
Doireann Ní Ghríofa is a bilingual writer whose books explore birth, death, desire, and domesticity. Among her awards are the Rooney Prize for Irish Literature and a Seamus Heaney Centre ellowship.
Maureen Boyle’s debut poetry collection, ‘The Work of a Winter’ is published by Arlen House. She won the Ireland Chair of Poetry Prize; the Fish Short Memoir Prize and the inaugural Ireland Chair of Poetry Travel Bursary. She teaches English in St Dominic’s Grammar School, Belfast.
